I've occasionally seen adverts wanting over height Highlands. Who buys them?
They are cracking ponies that go for miles and miles and can carry phenominal weights. Who wouldn't want one?! But to answer your question - riding schools, treking centres and endurance riders.
I am a strong advocator of Connemaras!Not that I am incredibly biased or anything...
I own a Connie x and he is the most fun thing you will ever ride, he's quick, agile, cheerful and bouncy! Although obviously not when we are out competing, then we have to put up the facade of him being a steady, flashy, big-striding dressage horse haha!
They don't come anymore fun than a cheery Connemara!![]()
