Overtrousers for shows etc

Hi All

I am looking for any recommendations for waterproof trousers to cover my cream jods before a show. Only thing is I have to hack to my friends yard to catch our lift on the lorry so would prefer a pair with 'sticky bum' section. Would also like full side zips and not too much money as will only get used occasionally!

Any help greatly appriciated, would rather not repeat last time, when I was riding in slippy waterproof trousers plus had taken my nice seat saver off so was against shiney saddle and to top it off had heavy back pack pulling me backwards, to say I was pleased he didn't spook on the way there was an understatement!! :D
 
Just a thought, but I wear trackies/home jodphurs to get my chap ready for comps, and get changed in the lorry when Im there, would this be possible for you to do?

bexcy-bee- thanks good idea but really limited space to change in the lorry so don't fancy it think I would end up with dirty jods anyway from hopping about on one leg and falling over etc! Jog bottoms may work, main concern is with white legs and pooing horse am bound to end up with green dirty water soaking through to clean jods underneath!:D
