I'm glad I could help. Looking at it objectively (I have my mum head on again), the part loan may be something you may wish to continue once your baby has arrived.
I work full time as does my husband and with a baby sometimes there just isn't enough hours in the day, so a part loan works perfectly for me. I have a really good agreement with the owner which works for both of us. I don't know what your circumstances are but having a sharer maybe something that you want to continue so it would be worth waiting for the right person to come along.
