Passed the lgv theory today, which I am pleased with as only booked it a week ago and had to learn it very quickly.
Then phone the training centre to book a course hoping it could be fitted in quickly. I go back to work from maternity leave on Dec 10th and thought I could do it before then as will have no holiday for ages. They can't fit me in, wish I had done it a few months ago but didn't have the money then. Going to phone a few more places further away tomorrow but at least one bit is out of the way
 
well done! gto mine next tues how did you learn it all in a week? i have bought and lgv cd but can pass any of them on there! i have had 2 weeks to learn it all
 
I had one idea for you which was to train with a company about 5 mins from the M1/M69 junction in Leicester but their first available C course is from 7 to 13 december
 
If your not going to driver vocationally you will NOT need to do the module 2 and 4 - so dont get stiched up.

And unless you are going to drive vocationally you wont need your DCPC, but if you buy a truck over 7.5t you will come under tacho rules...... and if its a relativly new one, it may have a digi tach in - so you will need a digi card - too !

Thank you Rog. Bit of a shame really I've been off work having a baby for 6 months but now when I have the money (present from Granma) I have to go back to work. If I cant do it before 10th I dont know when I can do it. Only doing C1 ,will do some ringing tomorrow
