Hi there
When I moved 2 years ago a neighbour of mine gave me her mini shetland ponies on loan. She subsequently moved and gave me the ponies which I have now had for 2 years. However I have no passports or ownership details. I did try to obtain the details from her on numerous occasions but to no avail. She was completely above board as breeds horses so I've no worries about that. My question is how should I try and obtain a passport for them? They are mother and son and she is now 17 odd. Is it worth my while and will it make any difference to anything as far as I stand with them? i.e. if I sold them on or anything happens to them? They are obviously registered to vets but is there anywhere you can find out details on this sort of thing? Any thoughts/advice appreciated.
Thanks.
