So our help is needed again asap. It is for Euthanasia drugs. The post below is from the PFK site.
There is no alternative to this long winded way of PTS except of course for the horse to continue to live and be in pain.

Even if you don't normally support PFK how about just a couple of quid? People don't think small amounts are worth donating but anything helps these horses.
Please help us. We are currently scarily low on the medicines we need to end the suffering of animals who are too poorly for us to help in any other way. This is something we just cannot run out of, as to keep an animal alive beyond the point of return is simply not in our ethos, and we pledge to each and every animal who crosses our threshold that we will do our absolute best by them.
As our long term supporters will be aware, these medicines are hard to come by in Egypt, so we will be offered large quantities by local pharmacies which we must raise funds for a buy quickly before they are sold elsewhere. This time, we have been offered 1,000 bottles which will be enough to end the suffering of between 40 and 60 horses. To buy them, we need to raise £10,000 as quickly as possible, within the next 3 days. We cannot miss this opportunity! Please please, whatever you can spare will be a huge help towards our goal.
It seems expensive, and many of you will ask about bolt guns and other methods. We do not want to land our staff in prison, we really have considered all options and this is the only possibility.
Please help us to grant them their last wish.
