Photoshop anyone? Help needed

I could really use some help here. I have a picture of my son from his dads wedding and it's the only photo I can get hold of. It's not very good quality and I want to enlarge it to frame. Also the top of his hair is cut off. Could anyone fix this? I would be eternally grateful

If it is not very good quality then by enlarging it, the quality is most probably going to get worse, its also difficult to replace something thats not there but you can blend an existing photo into it.

yeah, its pretty tricky!!!! Cant do anyhting about the quality so enlarging it wont be any good but cant promise ANYTHING but will have a little play around see if i can do anything with the hair....

His hair is more short and spiky. Not flat. It's great how you can edit pictures like that

do you have another photo of him in the same pose - i can steal his hair from it then onto this pic to make it better?

He's at his dads tonight but will take a pic tomorrow and post it for you. All the pics on my pc he looks about 10!!!
