Pic of the intruder in my stable today!

Yeah, jump onto your head and suck your brains out through your eyes, then you will walk the earth in a dead-like state, feeding off others...

What...?

Oh, sorry! Was just watching a zombie movie!

:D

Now now, they merely inject enzymes, dissolving you from the inside out before sucking up the soup-like mixture ;) Spiders that is, not zombies!

Come on ladies - its only a spider - I'm the one who has to deal with them in our house, the OH doesn't like them, or bugs, or mice, or rats, or snakes. Me I just deal with them, pick them up and put them outside.

Don't know about picking this one up - think this one may need a cob sized headcollar and a lead rein ....:D

Nice spider, years ago I had one of these (a Cardinal) run up my arm whilst I was laying in bed, about this size too!
Oz :)

I would have obliterated my own arm if I'd seen that on it!

As for OP's spider, geurgh, keep on expecting to see it in my tea now - I hate spiders, they make me vomit!

:Dso if you think thats bad.....................do you know how many are in about 1 acre of land......................................are you ready for this?

brave enough?

green land between 50,000 and 200,000

and in the woods.............................................about 1 -2 million :)

just think of this as you pop to get your ponies in later:D:D:p

I'd surrender my stable to that monster immediately and move out. Sitting here shuddering after seeing that!

Some are quite pretty but yours, OP, was really quite scary, I'd have fainted too if I saw that........

But think of the flies they catch and consume, they do have pro side! I watched one shimmy down from the ceiling in the stable last Summer and catch a Painted Lady Butterfly while it was fluttering about, plenty muscle per ratio of size and stamina those spiders! ;)

Put a lead and collar on it and give it a name bless it. Im lucky not scared of spiders but a wasp has this old pensioner running like a girl
