As some of you know I am in Spain. I am renovating an old ruin and living in a caravan on site whilst we work on the house.

I am so lucky to have my two horses close to home. In fact so close, that this is what happens when dinner is late.

Great pics OP, I love having the horses at home and having their presence all the time.
They crack me up daily with their goofy faces
but it's moments like these that warm my heart - on the days that I work from home, I peep out of the upstairs windows every hour or so to see what they are up to, and sometimes I pop up for a cuddle

I love these three - dad, mum and baby! Although I don't actually own dad. But my filly is turning out to be quite a bit like him!

My horse made me smile today, I was rushing around trying to get them all ridden as I had someone bringing their daughter to see all the horses today. I had 45 mins to tack up , school and hose off my coloured. Chucked the bridle on, ran to get the saddle, returned and I found him lying down half asleep -.-
This is the extent of our schooling session

Thank you!

I took the photo of my Thoroughbred, Ted, at his first "proper" competition. The one of my dog, Berkley, was taken during a rather windy walk on our local dog friendly beach. I makes me laugh whenever I look at it because it's sums up his rather exuberant personality pretty well!

And my big handsome boy who has changed shape so dramatically in the past few months. He used to have a dippy back, an upside down neck, and uneven shoulders and hips. His back was sore and he leaned on the bit to hold himself up. I've worked my socks off with him, with the help of my instructor, and now he looks and feels like a different horse.
