Two Cavaliers

All rehomed from various homes

These are ALL so gorgeous but the Cavaliers really melted my heart. Tell me is it true that this breed snore quite loudly?

Mine have been known to - but not all the time! I also had this little lady, ex puppy farm brood bitch and a really poor specimen but a proper sweetheart. She LOVED her food, having been hungry for much of her life, and especially that bone :)

You so kind to adopt her - did she survive long?

My dream dog - is she a working cocker?

Well we run a little shoot at the farm and she does come beating...on a lead! She's a bit of a terror but we love her very much!! We got her given from a friend who had underestimated the exercise and amount of human company they need - she was 9months when we got her, 3 1/2 years old now!

She came to me from a family who had rescued her but could no longer afford to keep her, broke their hearts to giver her away, she was around 10 by that time. She was (allegedly) about 11 and a half by the time she was PTS because she was full of tumour. She repaid every second I kept her by being the sweetest little girl, never ever argued about anything.

I adore the Cavaliers but they are SO riddled with health problems. Went to see a potential mum of future puppies the other day. Show dog with such a squat nose and bulgy eyes and it was so small that it hardly looked like some of the Cavaliers you used to see around. I do wish dog breeders would stop breeding unhealthy rubbish for the show ring. Oops - that's what I used to say about Welsh cobs.

Mrs Spaniel - working Cocker that I rehomed at 11 months old

I adore her!

Brig, from working stock. He only remembers he's a gundog when he sees a dummy. 13 and still galloping round.

Jake, Brig's brother whom we lost aged 7 to cancer.

Puss cat Zak aka the werewolf, cheeky as anything, likes to search up a height in hedges.

Bear, Zak's brother, my heart dog.

Such a collection of absolute darlings - I can see why you adore Bear so much - look at those eyes.
