Hi all. I'm after some guidance on the best way to prepare pigs trotters for my little dog to nibble on. She won't touch them raw, but loves them cooked.
The last time I did one for her I simmered the trotter for about an hour and then gave it 20 minutes to crisp up in the oven. The bones didn't appear to have gone too hard but I wondered if this is the way to do it. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
