Does anyone go to Pilates sessions regularly? I'm finding myself to be really stiff in my lower back, it may be old age (I'm 47 next birthday) or a recurring injury from falling on the ice last winter. I wondered whether taking up Pilates will help me regain my flexibility. At the moment the very thought of riding makes me wince. Any advice or suggestions would be much appreciated, I'm feeling old before my time and rather sorry for myself as you can tell.
