feed bucket?

I was looking on ebay came across this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?V...E:X:RTQ:GB:1123 and wanted it but e-mailed them for postage and they want £13.00

. The rubber bucket only weighs 1.5kg on royal mail that's only £6 postage

has anybody seen these about and if yes where to get one(proper rubber one)?

have you look it your local horse shop as i know at least 3 places local to me that sell the same buckets for about £7 each
