If she is a new headshaker, then you need to check a few other things first - teeth need checked by a vet or qualified dentist, you need to check that she is not in pain in her back or poll, and that her tack does fit her, without putting pressure on her withers, poll etc.
Only then do you start thinking about hayfever or seasonal allergies, and trying the various remedies mentioned.
I have just read the Equiwinner website, and to be honest, I wouldn't waste my money...
