Why is everyone going on at him/her, surely you can understand that there are members on this forum who sometimes just stick to one room? she obviously really wants to find her horse,and why are people spreading the rumour around that she is a troll?. i just think sometimes HHO can pick up on little things and make it into a something it isnt.

If you are complaning about her posting in all the rooms, then dont open the thread its not a big thing to work out, they are given a title afterall.

i just think once again your making a big thing out of nothing.
i dont know what sort of response i will get from this but i am just speaking <font color="red">my</font> mind.
 
I know what you mean, i doesnt bother me in the slightest, why is there a need to blow things up again and again!
I know it has been a little slow on here lately and people want sonething to reply to, but why do people go off on one!
 
Its done with now, people have expressed their opinion as you have, and all is ok. Yeah i dont agree with the quick assumption that they was named a troll etc, But still some people might actualy go in nearly every section and to find that post would be annoying, i understand they are looking for their horse but surely not in nearly every section. Plus there are websites dedicated to this kind of thing. Fair enough that on here is a wide range of people so someone may know him but needless to say not needed in most sections of the forum.
 
you will feel better for getting that off your chest , i do think likewise, there seems to be lots of petty behaviour going on, if you dont like what is written or posted dont open it and read, will do wonders for your blood pressure:

Its not that people want to be nasty - but it was just a little silly, as I have said before the forum headings are there for a reason - so that people can look at what they WANT to look at, and not have to read lots of random stuff.
There is a designated forum for random stuff which is the new lounge...
How would everyone feel if I posted piccys in every forum? Just cause I really wanted everyone to see them? That would be stupid, just like this was, but no matter she's/he's??? seen where they have gone wrong and sorted it out now - no harm done!
 
the posting is annoying tbh, maybe posting twice say in the new lounge and the common room/soapbox would be ok but every single one is OTT

i do have the belief that some people just like to get as much attention as possible and after all of the posts then yes i do believe its the case with some members.
 
The only thing I said is that I was not sure if it was a good idea to post a persons full name on an open forum without permission. I does not bother me when people post several threads in different areas saying the same thing. As said above..."if you do not like it, do not open it"

I really hope she finds her horse though. I imagine it is a sad thing wanting to know what has become of an old friend

btw....I would never of had the impression of her being a troll from any of the posts

I agree with Fran ....

The point is, its like filing or being organised in any way in fact - you put stuff in a certain place - then everyone knows where to find it - you dont put it everywhere! - thats just silly...
 
I thought the whole thing was hysterical.... I dont get out much !!. I wonder if the troll thing was to do with a female using that name. I assumed playboy was a gay man !!!!

i can see the other point of view too, but tbh starting a new post is another thing i can call dragging something out
 
she isnt a TROLL! she is genuinly looking for a horse that she cared deeply about! i'd love to hear about my 1st pony sparky...dont dare now! everybody seems to have an over reaction. imagine if it was u searching? thought so!
 
I think there are some forum members who take it upon themselves to be forum moderators.
This is fine, but name calling is childish and offensive to users other than the one targeted.
The only people who should have the right to "tell someone off" is Admin.
Maybe it's time some people got off their high horses and learnt how to use the "ignore" button instead of spoiling for a fight.

Thanks all for seeing my side of thing ther seems to be a few bullys on this site who like nit picking it was worth a try but obv they was more botherd i`d used capitals rather than whether they new oscar ! if ur mum sold ur first horse because he had a trapped nerv and the vet said it could happen at anytime even when ur duaghter was riding i was 13 at the time and he was my first horse/pony id love to hear any news on my baby even if it was bad news as long as he was happy x
 
I just ignore this kind of thing really, if I don't like it I don't comment, rather than risk really hurting someone's feelings, like the whole 20 page thing in the pictur egallery, I just don't respond
 
Please can you not write in text speak and change your signature from all caps.

I'm not saying this to be difficult I genuinely find it very hard to read as I am sure others will. I hope you find your old horse but don't you want as many people as possible to read about him. Stick everything in caps and people with sight problems, learning difficulties etc will struggle to read it. Please help me be able to read your posts.
 
Its some of the ones 'on patrol' that can put the newbies off. I have noticed sometimes if a newbie joins in a conversation. nobody answers. everso slightly clicky sometimes.
 
aye aye, people of 30 upwards carn't do test language, thank you very much my daughter is 16 i am an expert in text language...

not sure i agree with caring deeply for a horse but selling it to a dealer, but i don't know the circumstances behind it. just wanted to add that as i did wonder. not being b*tchy with that, just i've had bad experiences with dealers, so don't exactly think highly of them. and i'd always find a permanent home for my boy if i ever sell him. even if i was skint i'd at least find a way to keep him till that place was found. nuff said from me
