Does anyone have any photos of what sort of XC & SJ course they use for level 3?
Thanks

When's the Burghley PC thing? And what's the ground generally like there? Looking for new places to do PC events to avoid the cost of affiliating!
PC level 3 is like BE90- all 3' max. On the whole, PCs are fairly scrupulous about the height of fences and more and more 'guidelines' are being added about going overheight. However, they have more free rein in what they can put in than BE so you can also expect more technical combinations, IMO.
ETA- PickledOnions, I spot Isleham! Will you be going again this year? If so, will probably see you in passing as I'm hopefully grooming for my sister who's doing the 1m class.
Lolo I think off the top of my head its around July 17th (?)! The ground was rock solid, but they spent around a grand airovating (sp) the whole course so was lovely to ride on! The course is designed by Cpt Mark Phillips' (Burghley course designer?) son and I have to say, they always try to make things the best! Wonderful course![]()
We had a fab time there last year! it was my daughters 1st ode away from our pc branch & she & the pony loved it! they didnt find the courses too challenging either![]()
