i think id put him on a metabolic specific feed (saracen re-leve works really well for my EPSM horse) plus linseed, plus alfa a oil or some king of alfalfa chaff/pellet.
feet-dont think its ok for them to be long and flat justbecause he's a TB, my TB has feet like a native pony and is competing PSG barefoot. i think if his feet were better balanced he would stand more *together* and not so camped out and hollow, and that in its self would present a rounder picture. I think you need a second opinion on saddle and feet TBH, before you even think about changing feeds.
