Too little time, too much to read.
I vote coloured filly, mid September.
No she's in her own paddock right now.If mum is used to electric, then she will show the foal the fence when it's up and moving
She can foal outside too, don't stress about having her indoors.
Is she in a field with others?
I think so and think she only had about a week to prepare for foal arrival
If you think she’s in foal, please don’t wait a couple of weeks. Thanks for all the tips everyone. She's not huge yet so I think she has a way to go hopefully. I'll update after vet has been out in a couple of weeks.

This exact scenario happened at a get together at a friend's yard. Lovely little mare was ridden during the day, udders inspected extensively by many of us that evening, and fusses galore before we left the next day. The next update from our friend completely floored us, none of us (including the owner) had a clue she was pregnant.Vet sooner rather than later. I know of one mare who was jumping on Saturday with everyone looking at a sarcoid on her udder who then dropped a foal on Monday.
and where are the photo's prey tell?!!! (Congratulations !)We had a bogof foal born yesterday morning. The mare had massive udders for about a month but no wax or milk, foal dropped with no warning and was up nursing very quickly
Oh lovely!! Handsome chap! Glad all well. We do love a bogof!View attachment 143731
