Hi folks
Looking for bit of help/advice. Iv sold a rug on ebay and the person thats bought it lives in Southern Ireland, Im in Scotland. I know it would have to go Airmail type thing and guessed the weight - boy was I wrong. Took it to the P.O this morning and they want :O £25 just to post the stupid thing!! Apparently I 'slightly' under estimated the weight of said rug and so it weighs packed just over 4kg - which I think is part of the problem. However I had only charged £8 for p&p - there is no way Im paying that much to post a rug!
Soo.. does anyone either in S. Ireland or who has experience of posting over there no if there are any cheaper alternatives or also if I can go back to the buyer and cancel the transaction and refund the paypal payment as its not feasable to do this the way I was told today.
Any advice asap would be great guys. Thanks
