Yay for his first poop! 😂 They look adorable together 😍

I really like the bed you have with green piping, the material looks waterproof, where did you find that if you dont mind me asking, it looks ideal for my dog. I found thinner ones, but really wanted something with more thickness and padding

Haha finally!!

It’s great! I have a blue one in bears crate too and they also have a red one.
I got it on pet stop included a link there
So handy to clean and seem really comfy! They’re a little annoying at the start as very poofy but once they lay on them a day or two they are perfect 🥰
The one in the picture above is a medium and they’re actually not horrific in price either!

Brill, thanks for the link. They're useful to be waterproof coverings.

I have an issue at the moment with my tiny cat stealing the huge dog bed to lay-in and also she’s peeing on the dogs quilt! Marking her territory i suppose!
Neither dog or me are impressed, and a waterproof bed will help me at least see more easily when she’s done it. She has loads of other bed choices too, but typical cat wants someone else’s bed!

No accidents in the house since Saturday! Woo!!
He’s still not making it through the night and peeing on his pads in the crate so thinking of cutting off water at about 9/10 so he doesn’t wee himself at night cuz otherwise he sleeps soundly through the night
He’s pooping like a mad man 3 already today
He has also met moo moos. Scary creatures!

What time is last toilet at night?

I used to set my alarm for 2.00am and then 6.00am when Daisy was a puppy.
He pees at 11pm then up at 7am
He doesn’t whine or anything (very light sleeper) He is doing it on the pee pads tho so I have no complaints!
He’s 9 weeks and is already bigger than my Westie so should be able to make it through the night

He is still a baby no matter how big he is, can you get up earlier or go to bed later for the first few weeks. Does he actually wee on his last visit to the garden , might be worth staying out there for 20 mins or so to make sure he has peed enough. Sometime puppies can’t concentrate long enough and maybe finish their wee too early so they can investigate something else

Yeah he’s getting really good I take him out once an hour and he pees mostly every time I take him
And then we play in the garden for awhile usually after that he does his poop as well
I don’t put him to bed until he’s peed

Your dogs are spectacular and I’m already in their fan club..
However,may I just say…….

I don’t like harnesses on dogs…puppies cartilage is very delicate and can be compromised…OCD.is often caused by harness rubbing on the elbow joints.
Can you first try your pup with a wide ,leather, collar before you go to a harness.?
Ive had dogue de Bordeaux and rottweiller as well as 3 standard poodles…so hopefully my post will be listened to.

Oh the harness was only tried on the day I got him! It lasted the car ride and that’s a bout it 😅 he’s currently just wearing that red collar in the photos tho I will look into a thicker one ☺️
Thank you for the suggestion 🙏🏻❤️

Oh my bear is a poser!
He does wear a harness but is mostly off lead! He wears a collar too but as you can see from the photos it disappears 😂🥰

What breed is your white one? They are both very beautiful but I really want to give the white dog a cuddle.
He’s a Samoyed
I don’t see many of them around where I am tbh!
They were bred to keep their ppl warm at night by laying on them so absolutely love a cuddle 🥰

It’s normal to wait another week after final jab before taking him out. You’ve got a few more days of carrying him I’m aftaid 😝

Oh strange did your vet say why? I always work under the assumption that once they were vaccinated it worked pretty much immediately!

I’ve had to wait another week with all of mine , vet said it’s best to wait to make sure the injection has bedded in. I just did as I was told

I never knew that!

There's one I meet occasionally out on walks and he's such a lovely friendly chap. He always looks sparkly clean, as does Bear....how on earth do you manage it?

Their coat is actually amazing you can just brush dirt out! I also have a blower which reallly helps
But they require a good amount of grooming and I take him to a groomer every 6 weeks or so too 🥰
