For goodness sake!!!! I already replied to this but that page was pulled. This has nothing to do with your views on hunting. How incredibly disrespectful. A man is dead and all you can do is come on here and stir up trouble. You should be ashamed of yourself.

TBH I wonder whether it would be best if the whole thread was removed. I hate the idea of someone who knew him personally or, god forbid his family, reading this.

MMIB - what are you doing on a hunting forum, on a pro hunt website if you feel like this.

Anti hunt protestors have killed an innocent man and all you can do is bitch.

The man in question was a good, honest, hard working, helpful member of the Warwickshire hunt. He would have done anything to help anyone. So, please do have some respect.

I do have respect for the bloke, I have already explained that. What I cant seem to fathem is how you automaticaly jump on the back of antis and blame them for this. Im sure once the investigation has happened, we will know exectly what happened.

Anyways, I think its best if I leave now.

As soon as anyone speaks out against what you do, you seem to get hot under the collar and throw insults.

Bye folks.

FYI it has been confirmed they were sabs.

Also, on Liams hunting directory, a pic of the same craft flying low over the hunting field back in feb was posted.

A man has lost his life in tragic circumstances. Hunt supporting is not illegal, he was enjoying a day out doing something he loved. Whatever he was doing and whatever he supported, he did not deserve to meet such a horrible end. My thoughts are with his family.

Also, what on earth are sabs doing using gyrocopters to follow hunts? They obviously don't give a stuff if they cause an accident by spooking horses, potentially causing serious injury or even death - so much for caring about animals! I'm anti, but don't condone in any way, shape or form the lengths these people go to in the name of animal rights.

I came on here just now with the intention of deleting my posts and issuing an apology. Unfortunately the forum will no longer let me delete them as the maximum time for editing posts has expired.

I didn't come on here with the intentions of upsetting people or causing any more grief than has already been caused. I guess sometimes I dont always think before I do things and im pretty cheesed off with myself as it is definately not in my nature to be offensive in this way.

I do feel sympathy for the family and friends of this poor chap and couldnt even begin to think what it would be like to lose someone close in this way. It must be terrible.

I dont often post on this site any more as I have already said what I have to say on the subject of hunting and im considering removing my account on the forum.

I would also like to issue an apology to Eagle-Day as I sent a private message to him/her soon after they posted the comment about me. Please disregard my message Eagle_Day.

I hope you will consider what I have just said and hope you will accept my apology. I also hope that justice is done in this case and that any punishment is dealt out accordingly as I dont condone any violent behaviour in any way, shape or form.

Thanks for listening.

Matt.

I take no pleasure whatsoever in posting this from the Warwickshire Police's site:

"A man will appear before magistrates in Nuneaton tomorrow, Thursday March 12, charged with the murder of 48 year old Trevor Morse.
Mr Morse died at Long Marston airfield near Stratford upon QAvon on Monday following a collision with a gyroplane.
Two men were arrested at the scene and have been in custody at Leamington Spa police station.
One man has tonight been charged with murder."

First of all I'd like to start off by saying I'm a family member of Trevor and thank you to all the kind messages and support that the family have received from people from all walks of life, it is a huge comfort.

I'd just like to point out a few things that have been mentioned in the press and on this forum and others on the internet.

Long Marston air strip isnt an active airfield as such and is used mainly as a strip for a car boot sale at weekends and in the summer for music festivals etc and is the site for where the proposed new eco town is to be built which will be known as Middle Quinton.

The gyrocopter that landed didnt have permission to land and refuel, and Trevor wasnt just walking across the strip at the time. For obvious reasons I cant go into any detail.

In the press its been stated that Trevors wife Caroline was present at Long Marston when he was Murdered and that he leaves Two children. Trevor wasnt even married, he didnt have any children and Caroline ( his long time partner ) wasnt there at the time and was actually at work unaware of what was happening.

The one thing they did get right in the press though was that Trevor really was a gentle giant and the countryside was his life, and the countryside will be a sadder place without Trev.

I would again like to offer my deepest condolences to you Warks and the rest of Trevor's friends and family. Nobody expects their loved one not to return from a day foot following and my thoughts and prayers will be with you, both now and in the difficult months that lie ahead.
