I really hope Bear had a good night and is better today - any news?
 
He's ok!!! :D Very happy and all hay eaten :P

He has Gutteral Pouch Mycosis. He's on anti-fungal tablets and we have 5 weeks of hell but this is one massssive hurdle hes gotten himself over.

I have only just picked up on this thread and right at the very end when I was near to tears for you and your lovely horse and got to the end to read that he is ok this morning....I am SO pleased for you and have everything crossed that the good news continues. Take care. xx
 
Just seen this post. I'm so glad he's doing ok and i truly hope he continues to fight and beats those odds. Horses are amazing and can overcome things when everyone else thinks it's impossable.
Come on Bear. You can do it. xxx
 
So so very pleased to read this. I tried to log on at home but lap top was playing up so had to wait till I got to work! I woke in the night thinking about him.

Everything crossed for the next five weeks.

Just read this - what a nightmare! Thank goodness he's survived the night, what a fighter. Fingers crossed he's on the way to recovery! Take care. x

I, too, have only just found your thread. I was most upset to hear that Bear is very poorly. :(

However, having read your update this morning, my Bear (the Border Terrier in my siggy) sends 'Get Well Soon' <<<<vibes>>>>> to your Bear, as he was saddened to learn that one who shares his name is not feeling too good. :)

That said, I'm keeping everything crossed for you all, in the hope that the next five weeks will not be to stressy, and that Bear makes a full and complete recovery.

Oh, I'm so, so pleased for him and you that he made it through the night. Brought tears to my eyes. Everything still crossed for the next few weeks and a speedy recovery. Huge hugs xxxx
