Does anyone know what the Premier Equine turnout rugs with added liners are like?
Personally I wouldn't bother.
I went off all the rave reviews on here about them and bought one - the second day on the horse it rained and it leaked like a sieve.
On phoning PE they were not very helpful in the initial phone call - I could buy another one and send the original back and if it leaked they would refund me - but they advised that their rugs never leak.
I insisited it would be returned and I would not be paying for another and advised them I had photos of the inside of the rug and the wet liner.
Once it was returned they did refund my money and the cost of sending it back to them - so brownie points here - wouldn't have another one though - Rambo Duo or even the Rhino rug that you can put the liner in are much better.
You will now find lots of posts on here stating PE rugs leak.
Agree with Bay TB. I have three of their rugs, or is it fourThey last forever, no rips, no stitching falling apart or clips falling off. I got all mine when they have had a half price sale. Unless you have a really cold horse though, you would find their heavyweight, ie 450g only comes out in extreme weather. My lass was boiling in hers. I bought the 300g and that seems to suffice most of the winter. They really are a biffa rug.
