It's the horse that's ignorant not me. I can use a pressure halter. I've just bought a 6 yr old Welsh D that's been bogging off in hand for about 5.5yrs. It's engrained and she is a complete pig. She actually got away from me leading her off the bit this afternoon.
Ideally I want something that puts pressure over the nose and releases nicely when she is behaving. I've tried her her with a knotted one, a cow one and a be nice one and it might as well be cotton wool. I don't want to use a chifney.
I'm not looking for a lecture about the rights and wrongs of pressure halters
This is kind of what I want but the rope is too thick really, any ideas or suggestions where I could get one made?
