Hi I hope someone can advise me on this. In the last 6 months my mum has rung the RSPCA in Ipswich 3 times regarding a large group of horses in a small field next to the A14 just before junction 53, but each time they do not appear to be interested.
Yesterday we drove past the field and for the first time I saw how many and how small the field was, it wasn't a field anymore, more like a very muddy bog!!!
The didn't appear to have any food, and last year some of them got onto the A14, caused a crash that killed a man and several of the poor ponies.

I just wondered if I needed to go to the field and maybe take photos, for the RSPCA to be interested, or whether horse welfare would be better?
My mum drives past this field regularly and said its been grass free for months, so I'd really like to help these poor ponies.
Any advice would be gratefully received
thank you
