Professional's Choice VenTech Equalizer Girth

Anyone use this girth? I have a Professional's choice smx which I rate but now need a shorter girth. Can't decide between the equalizer and normal one. I have the girth done up on the back two straps on the saddle & this means the straps are not on same holes. Bought initially as saddle used to slip but have got the weight off her and so doesn't anymore. Any reviews/thoughts?

I'm a fan of Professionals choice girths - that's what I used before swapping to fairfax and I found it gave my saddles good stability and my horses were comfortable.
However I really don't like those " humane" type girths - I find you can feel the metal part through the girth and that can create a sore spot. Also very easy to overtighten them. I'd go for the normal one personally
