I always look up Hanov's for sale as my yearling is Han x and so am generally interested. Saw this chap and thought he sounded like one on here? Although eyecatching I have nerves of chocolate rather than steel but wondered what sort of home he will go to ...

Post edited as so overwhelmed by finally creating a siggy in 2 1/2yrs that I forgot to add the link

Lovely looking but I wouldn't touch it with a bargepole and at 2k given his issues is overpriced!

Hmm yes def, I hope he gets in to very, very experienced hands rather than someone who is overwhelmed by his initial looks and thinks theyre getting a bargain.

lovely looking but has a strange canter action behind which could be pain = reason why he he bucks?

If interested i would be definately be getting a thorough vetting

[/ QUOTE ] LOL thank you for your help! How funny.

Yes, thats what I put in my post I wondered if on here, I do like the look of him, not in a million years for me, but, someone.

He is a lovely horse and his action in canter is just due to him being disunited and not corrected.
I do however think he is not 100% level behind in the few trot strides shown BUT it could be because the ground is hard.

Have you noticed he never lands on the left lead either. Another hidden problem or maybe just lac k of schooling. Makes me wonder what he does on the other lead as normally you would show them off on their best rein surely?

Oh and i saw this ad quite a few weeks ago and I am sure there was more written about him than is on there.. Could be wrong, i do tend to trawl around far too much

bl**dy beautiful horse, a real shame about his issues. I'd buy him just so I could look at him, sod riding. Hopefully he'll find an experienced home..

Would bother me that it lands canter right every time on a left rein, changes but then goes disunited behind.

Would also bother me that they are jumping it so high on a bare paddock over that height over and over again and that it cannot be seen ridden?

I know someone that emailed her about him (saw him on project horses) and asked if she would full loan to her, an experienced RI, have him for 6-9 months to school, then sell him for what he is really worth (if he hasnt any medical problems) and she would asked for a % of the money for the work she had done. But she said no.

Shame, if he is just quirky, he may just need a confident, kind but firm rider and be in regular work?? He is a stunning horse. Hope he finds someone nice and not someone that will beat him into being good...
