I was about to give in to the lure of a couple of saddlepads in the PS of Sweden sale when I noticed that you may be hit by customs charges. Has anyone bought from the site? Did you get hit by customs charges?

Not that company but I have been hit with customs charges for something else £47 extra ?

Not quite what youre asking, but i've bought from reitsporte klawunde in germany in the last 6 months or so with no additional charges as my order was under the threshold (under £135 iirc)

I paid £86 in unexpected fees when I bought some Schokemohle competition boots from Germany. Not very happy! A fabulous Christmas present with an unexpected sting in the tail.

I have just purchased from sun glasses from the Netherlands. They were around £90 a pair. I wanted 2 pairs but was told I needed 2 separate orders to get each under £135. Can you buy each saddle pad separately?

You'll pay duty (ie VAT, no different to the UK, just not usually included in the price now for EU purchases), tariffs (I pay 2% on saddles, you can look up most goods) and a handling fee for anything over £135.
