Question re:PETPLAN area Festivals

I wonder if anyone knows how long before the event the entries for these normally close? (Making sure I have time for last minute qualifiers) The one I'm planning to go to is a 1st round at the Cabin in Aberdeenshire in July. Thanks in advance

Closing date for Cabin is 10th June.
