I hadn't considered using egg nog in the outcrossing. I suppose it would add to the hybrid vigour, eggs being full of protein and all.

I was once told that feeding eggshells would prevent hip dysplasia so I can see the merit in introducing egg, just in case the hybrid vigour isn't enough.

Ah, but then as working Toffees, they wouldn't be any good as normal pets cos dontcha know that no working dog ever is suitable as a pet

They will be fine as pets provided the owners are prepared to avoid shaking them up and to open the lid slowly and carefully - otherwise they might fizz over
