All 3 of his falls have been heavy and theyre lucky they haven't been fatal

Yet they want to tempt fate again?

I thought NH was supposed to be quite "horse first"

The BHA can ban non starters… I suppose that’s because it affects the betting public. They absolutely should not run him over jumps again, they say he school’s beautifully at home but you just cannot replicate a race day

They ban non finishers as well but they won’t ban Constitution Hill.
 
Isn’t there a way that he could race without being in the betting so he could have a test run on a race day . You can in eventing and dressage although there’s no betting involved. I definitely won’t watch if he runs in a hurdle again , I doubt it will end well
 
One of the irish commentators said " well I would just keep running him"

The falls could be coincidence, but could be something not right somewhere

But thats horsemanship, what's been done to figure out why it's happened

Those hurdles are blxxdy stupid things, few horses jump them well
 
I wonder how much of CH entry is NH and how much the owner. Of the two I'm more inclined to think 'owner pressure', but then I'm a NH fan so perhaps not unbiased.

I'm another that doesn't want to see him running again over hurdles (or god forbid fences) but wouldn't mind seeing him try a 2 mile flat race just to see how he goes. After all CH does have a turn of foot at the end of his races.
 
Fuming about CH. if he dies on track there will and should be uproar. Poor horse owes them nothing. I do wonder if this is his owner being pushy so NH is keeping him sweet.

I see Harry Cobden is jumping ship from the Nicholls yard.
 
I feel like its CH owner, they will have blood on their hands if he dies on track, and quite right. They've had 3 warnings now, you cant keep getting away with it
