I’m after reviews on what Rambo rugs seem to fit welsh cobs best. I have tried a Rambo duo and tech duo disappointed was an understatement with them coming up like mini skirts!
The original with leg arches and supremes look deeper in cut, I have tried an optimo but brought the wrong size and now can’t find a smaller one… typical! can I have some reviews?

This won’t help but I have a duo, a tech duo and a (old) supreme. All fit my chunky 15hh Welsh cob very well. I have him 6’3” as he inherited them, he measures 6’ but the slightly bigger size is better I think.

Thank you so much I may try a size up; to be fair I just got a 6’0 and didn’t think to try next size up.. doh!

I have a 16hh Welsh cob and he is currently turned out in a 200g Rambo Wug (half-neck), and I've had it for probably right years now. Given his chunky shoulders I was a bit dubious on how it would fit, but it fits him lovely round the neck - it has the V-closure of two angled trigger clips attaching to one metal ring. It nice and long so it wraps around the belly and it's really good quality. In fact, all of the rugs I use on him are Horseware as I find they fit him round the neck and shoulders the best. They sit quite high up over the withers rather than pulling back and choking him round the throat and rubbing on the point of withers like some other makes do.

I have a Rambo duo and a Rhino duo for my Fell with chunky shoulders and neck - they fit him well. I too needed to go up a size.
Both rugs have the V fastening at the front. I don't use the neck covers so can' t comment on those. Also other Horsewear rugs such as Amigo do not fit him round the front even going up a size

I have originals, duos and supremes and they all fit the same. My Welsh is like a horse body on pony legs and so it's a bit like a kid wearing adult clothes tbh, keeps her well covered up let's put it that way ?

I have a stable Rambo optimo for my little cob and to my surprise really like the fit.
It is a bit funny because they do up on the side at the front and not sure how long the liners will last (but they can be washed on the plus side) but I like the cut so much I am thinking of getting an outside one too!
