Received a really lovely message yesterday

...from the lady that bought my 3 1/2 year old ID x WB gelding Krypto.

She said, "Just thought you would like to know, Krypto was sat on today for the first time."

It was so lovely to receive an update and I am chuffed she is keeping in touch

She also told me that she loves him to pieces already, he can be a bit thick when he wants to and that he loves playing in his pink rug (which he is careful not to roll in) with the ponies at the yard - he is 16.3

Really happy and chuffed with how they are getting on; couldn't have picked a better home for him Made my night yesterday.

Its great when people do this isn't it! We've had photos and letters about our horses when theyve gone places and one woman who bought one of our retired racehorses years ago still texts to say how lovely he is! Really does make you feel youve done the right thing

Completely agree. She is going to send me pictures of when she starts riding him and I can't wait. She was the first person to come and see him and offered the full asking price there and then, had him vetted (she is also an equine vet nurse) and took him home within a week of first contacting me.

He won't want for anything with her and I can't wait to see what they get up to

It is so true that a few words make all the difference. I remember with Wonka's new owners they rang me from a show to tell me he had come third and then had won 2 gymkhana classes; had me in tears.

Very happy now
