Recent Ulcer Diagnosis - Advice please with routine of Gastrogard, Sucralfate etc

My pony has recently been diagnosed with Stage 3 Ulcers (pylorus). My vet has prescribed Gastrogard, (once daily syringe) Sucralfate (twice daily syringe) and a Vet Gastric Supplement (3 x daily in feed). I'm struggling to work out a routine with having to give Gastrogard on empty stomach and then having to wait 60 minutes before feeding. Does anyone have any advice they could give me about how they have managed the daily routine. My pony is in overnight and turned out to grass all day. Hay available at all times.
Any advice would be gratefully received.

Miilliepops has given some really good advice. Really appreciate all the advice we have had. We’ve got a good routine in place now. Thank you.
