My pony has recently been diagnosed with Stage 3 Ulcers (pylorus). My vet has prescribed Gastrogard, (once daily syringe) Sucralfate (twice daily syringe) and a Vet Gastric Supplement (3 x daily in feed). I'm struggling to work out a routine with having to give Gastrogard on empty stomach and then having to wait 60 minutes before feeding. Does anyone have any advice they could give me about how they have managed the daily routine. My pony is in overnight and turned out to grass all day. Hay available at all times.
Any advice would be gratefully received.
Thanks in advance.

mine had the same, due to gastrogaurd working best on an empty stomach, I would give her enough hay to last till about 3am so when I went down at 6 I could give the gastroguard. I would then muck out/make hayents/ride while the pony sat in the wash bay till 7;30/8 where I would give sucralfate and supplement in the breakfast before turning out. Then as soon as I got her in at 4ish i would give a small feed with supplement before mucking out/making hayents/riding and then once I was finished (around 6/7) i would give the last of the sucralfate before giving dinner with supplement

^ similar arrangement here, I'm on treatment week 9 of 11 so far
I let the hay run out early morning (not an exact science, but I have more or less got it sorted I think)
Give gastrogard on arrival at the yard, then I go and sit in the car and start work (6am, yawn) or watch netflix on my phone on the weekends ;)
Pop back out for sucralfate, then do jobs,feed/ hay/turn out etc. i have to go out of sight while waiting in between GG and sucralfate because otherwise everyone wakes up and demands breakfast!

in evening I've been giving a small feed on arrival with sucralfate
then exercising
then dinner /hay/put to bed.
