I've just started the slimming world diet - currently on day two.
Would like to get back down to 10 stone as I've put a stone of weight on since joining the gym and I'm not happy using the "muscle is heavier than fat" excuse.
Struggling to change my mindset as I've always had relatively stable weight - never fluctuated from 10 stone no matter what I ate but that seems to have changed.
I miss biscuits already!!
