Madam's physio has said that she would really benefit from icing her fores after harder exercise. Before I delve into the world of ice boots has anyone here got any they swear by?
We do quite a lot of boxing up and going for long hacks and sponsored rides with a little bit of hunting occasionally, so don't know if you are meant to chill the legs before you come home or if you do it when you get home (usually at least a 30 minute drive), i.e won't the boots have defrosted by the time you have ridden and then need to ice the legs? or are there some boots that don't need putting into the freezer?
Sorry for the novice question, but this is an unknown world!!
