Red Cell

Anyone use red cell? How effective has it been?

I haven't used it since I was 13 with my 27yo anglo arab! Thinking of giving it as a build up to a 17yo....

I've had my cob x WB mare on it for 3 years now and it is fab. I started her on it when she was recovering from a non-specific viral thing, and it perked her up brilliantly. As I don't give her much hard feed and she's on poor grazing, I kept her on it for the vits & minerals. She is fit and well and competing on just that and grass/hay, pretty much

I used it with my cob when he was badly anaemic last year...I didn't see much of a difference but we never fully figured out why he was anaemic... and he's now on propell plus

Propell plus is what we recommend at the saddlery i work in as it is popular with customers who use it and they all say it works... doesnt work out too dear either
