Reins - recommend!

I need a new pair of reins, I want something lovely and soft - and long! I used to have Elevator reins

but sold them (sad times, still can't talk about it lol)

So mid price range but something nice and soft and supple please!

I love my bio-grip rip offs, they are kind to gloves, not too thick and super flexible

I vote for bio grips too. I bought a pair of Dever saddlery ones last weekend, they look good and are great to ride with plus they were about £15 less than the jeffries ones

Not sure of cost as they were part of bridle, but the Albion Nubuck reins are the best ones I have ever used (and I have the Jeffries Biogrip ones)

Our reins were getting worn & we replaced with some Tredstone rubber reins. They has the usual leather ends but under the rubber grip it was webbing. This made the reins thinner, lighter & easier to grip than normal rubber reins. They were only around £13. We were a little sceptical about them due to their construction & price but are now very pleased with them.

I love my Jeffries Eventa reins, and they come in standard and extra long lengths.

I love my Evanta reins too, hate riding in anything else. But the Albion Nubuck ones sound lovely...

I have Eventa rubber reains which I just adored, until the rubber grips wore flat and shiny

That's taken 2 years which might sound like a lot of daily use until you consider that my horse has had more than 12 months off through injury! So, although they're great, you may need to replace them often
