Not sure if i'm allowed to post this on here as it's sort of advertising, but please, if you are considering getting a dog, please consider a retired greyhound (there has been another post like this recently and i thought i would back it up!)
I adopted one last October and although i had reservations, always having had gun dogs before, he is absolutely fab! Contrary to popular belief they do not need a lot of exercise and they can live with cats with proper training! They are so laid back and relaxed and are loving and fun dogs
I work closely with a charity www.kentgreyhoundrescue.com who has lots of lovely dogs looking for a home - have a look on the forum to see them
