yep definitely changed since weekend, so have the staff, not half as helpful las they useed to be -
Was really disappointed on Monday when i was in with staff attitude.
Tried to make me feel like an idiot when i asked if they had thermatex leg wraps and she had the attitude there was no such thing and they didnt have them, despite them being on the website.

websites so much better now you can see the pics! thats sad to hear about the staff. i remember using about 10+ years ago and the man on the phone was excellent, couldn't have been more helpfull and chatty. he was recommending i try a saddle which ended up having to go back but they dealed with it impecably.

Yeah I noticed that yesterday, website seems to have had a face lift, much better!

Very nice new website...but it has managed to lose all my account details and not confirm my order (which has, though, dispatched!).

They were very friendly just now on the phone so maybe someone read this thread!
