As my old stables closed down a while ago, I've recently found a new livery where a friend of mine rides. She loans a pony there, and her mother owns a horse and keeps it there also. We've always hacked with me borrowing her mother's horse; however, I may be loaning a pony there very soon, but have no insurance. Even to be able to ride one of the other ponies there I need insurance, because it is not a riding school.
My friend is with BHS and says their insurance is £18 a year, which seems implausible, but very reasonable! I need insurance over the next two days or so, but because we're very short on money, it needs to be cheap!
I'm not buying a horse, only loaning one, so I need appropriate cover for 6mo to one year. This is my first time, help!
Thanks,
Zoe.
