I am getting a new riding hat for my birthday (which is today but won't be hat shopping until Saturday). My hubby is buying it for me, which is great but the money does come out of the joint account, so I don't want to spend a fortune.
Are there any that you'd recommend??
At the mo, I have a regular Charles & Owen velvet hat, with a fixed peak and I do like it but it's starting to look rather tatty and it's a bit of a faded black colour now.
Are there any benefits to a skull rather than a traditional riding hat?? I always insist my kids have skull caps but prefer the tradional velvet for myself. :?
