Riding hats in lockdown?

Does anyone know if tack shops are still fitting hats in lockdown?
or do I need to bribe my manager to let me leave half an hour early on tuseday so I can get there before they close?

My local one says they're staying open (also sell lots of feed and bedding) and that hat filling will be by appointment. So I'd say it depends

They stayed open last lockdown as do feed/bedding etc.
I just didnt know if there were any specific guidelines out for hats etc yet

yes if they are agri merchants selling food and farming products they will open .

Not sure they will be doing hat fitting can you not just buy another that same as your last one .

They don’t sell them anymore, I knew for a while it was getting to the end of its life and am kicking myself for not getting one sooner!

My local tack shop staying open but you have to make an appointment for hat & body protector fittings.

Might vary a bit from shop to shop. One of our local shops restarted hat fitting much sooner than another. I'd ring round maybe?

My local agricultural merchant was doing hat fitting by appointment with lots of precautions in place when restrictions were eased, but not during full lockdown last time. I'd try and get before.
