That is utterly beyond belief. How can people live with themselves treating a defenceless animal like that, though in this case they cannot be human. Why not just abandon it in a field than put it through that utter torture.
 
I think I can guess which "fraternity" the offenders came from. I hope they are caught and then tied by their cocks to the tow bar of a vehicle while it drives half a mile......

Exactly but just to confirm I'm pretty sure after reading it a couple of times that the inspector mentioned is rspca not police (could be wrong?), so it's the rspca seeking a conviction, but that is by the by, the fact that there are people on this earth prepared to do this results in the need of organisations such as the rspca, unfortunately as long as there is evil in this world the world needs people to fight that evil and speak for those who cannot speak..... RIP horsey.......

There are some sick, sick people in this world! I hope those people are found and something equally horrible done to them! How could they do such a thing to a poor defenceless little colt? :(

I just saw this and was about to post a thread about it...the picture of that poor, poor little foal is utterly heartbreaking.

I think it is the first time in a while that a picture has actually made me cry.

Absolute *****s. I cannot fathom how some people believe they can act towards an animal that is so trusting and ultimately powerless when people like them do what they did. Disgusting excuses for humans.
 
Lets face it, no-one will be brought to trial for this. The poor little beast was just one of many produced with the meat market ultimately in mind. His biggest crime was probably being a colt - they're not worth rearing, especially sick ones. There are a lot of these 'breeders' in Kent and SE London, and dead colts left lying around are commonplace. I'd like to to see the blighters involved brought to justice in all cases, but it ain't gonna happen.

I hope its isnt "that" comunity... I doubt it!!!if it is more likely its the ones that chose that lifestyle recently not the real ones!!!
