Rollestone mares

And down again!
Im sure hes fine, they just want to get him drinking ASAP!
I can imagine my horse being like this when he was a foal, far too easy to just stay lying down, although his stomach would have driven him to find food!!

This foal is the opposite of Kachinas, that wriggled out by itself and was trying to stand in no time.

Fingers crossed.

I went through all of this with a foal, got stuck, had to be pulled out, mine was a bit of a dummy foal, and we had to end up milking the mare and bottle feeding him, then get the vet to come and help.

I don't know if its the camera but that mare looks as if she is shivering all over

I think it's the camera, I kept seeing something moving behind K early last night but it was just the pixels refreshing at different times..:)

I'm sure foaly will be fine, I was so worried about Luci's boy when he was being born but he looks fine now.

Bally is getting a bit upset next door, bless her, she's such a good mum that she's worried about someone else's foal!

people..remember that rollestone are kind enough to let us watch these births, I'm sure as a stud they know what they're doing..
Foalie doesnt seem to know what to do with back legs!

I must be too then

Yeah, judging by the amount of foals on the website they are seasoned pros at this.
