Rugs that don’t rub

I've got a Welsh C and D. Shires fit my D well-but he has quite petit shoulders for his breed. My C is usually rugless but has an that seems a amigo mio good fit (won't know until proper winter comes)

As title really. 14 hh Welsh C being clipped next week. Looking for a turnout rug that doesn’t rub shoulders. Are the rugs with the shoulder gusset set high up better?

I like Gallop rugs for my big chest ID mare

HY are ok but come up small, the only other one I would buy is fal, would not touch any other rug.
