well, i went for my hack this morning, the worst bit was the assessment, the cob wasnt very forward going and i felt awful being watched. anyway i passed and was allowed to hack, the instructor has suggested i ride the cob on a hack again and she has some nice horses that she is happy for me to hack out after i have ridden them first in the school, so i cant be too bad!!!! i bet i will ache for the next couple of days

i feel pretty tired, we did LOADS of trotting, hopefully that will have helped to strengthen my long lost stomach muscles , i have booked for next week
