well H'smum if you need a potential dressage horse to keep you riding let me know..............not the easiest but more than capable!!!

very sorry on you news......but 'fingers /toes/hooves and paws' crossed that adequete recovery is made so she can be a great mum.

Sorry to hear about this. My mare had the neurectomy and faciotomy in March 09. When I first started riding her again she wasn't sound and due to personal health reasons I haven't been able to try her again yet.

However she enjoys life in the field and it doesn't stop her crashing about bucking, skidding and generally frightening me to death as I think she is not going to stop in time.

I hope your mare comes through the box rest comfortable enough to enjoy life and possibly have some babies.

This is her after 3/4 a tube of sedalin on her first morning out after box rest post surgery. You can see the sedalin worked !
