Has anyone dealt with this company? online? I ordered some XC boots a few weeks ago and have heard nothing from then and no one is answering their phone number.... and money has gone from my account....
 
The owner has been pretty ill and is currently recuperating. I'm sure they'll be mortified when they are aware there's a problem.

The owner is also out of the country at the moment but if you would like to PM me your number she will give you a call from where she is to sort it out.

I'm sure the lack of communication is not intentional.

Please don't worry there is anything amiss here, I can guarantee all will be sorted as soon as the owner possibly can.
 
Poppy has been EXTREMELY ill recently - rushed into hospital several times in a very bad way. She's out of the country at the moment and will get back to you to sort any problems out as soon as she gets back.

She's utterly wonderful, and I'm sure she'd feel dreadful to know you're not happy.

Hi, Thank you all for your responses. I was just about to start contacting Trading Standards. Hopefully the owner will be feeling better soon. He / She should really try and get some back up in place though, as there may be other people like myself that have ordered from the company and it could ruin their reputation.
